Tuscany is my second home. I was born and grew up in Sicily, but after working as a barman for many years, I decided to slow down my frenetic life here.
My work as a driver and guide enables me to express all the Sicilian conviviality and cordiality I have inherited. My greatest passions are wine and food. I like good, genuine things: the carefully sought out ingredients of local tradition, good food and the good life.

Since graduating in humanities I have put all my energy and enthusiasm into the idea I had been working on for years: simply to show my guests the beauties of Tuscany and take them to see for themselves the places I hold dearest.
What I love most about my life in Tuscany is the countryside, the rhythm of the seasons, the grape picking, and the times for sowing and harvesting.
My animals are part of my family, my home and my life. A heartfelt thank you to them for their friendship.

Our 4 year old bull mastiff. Meek, affectionate, unaware of her over 50kgs, she can hardly be called “an intelligent dog”. She is afraid of thunder, the crackle of tin foil and the sound of a sneeze. But brains aren’t everything, and as for beauty and gentleness……..

Adopted from the kennels in Arezzo as a puppy, she is now almost 3 and definitely the leader of the group. She is spoilt, egocentric and, according to Azzurra, of outstanding intelligence.  All she lacks are words…

He was our first cat, found in the street when only a few weeks old. When he was tiny he showed little sign of his future beauty, but now…

He is the new arrival to the family and he too was taken in as a stray. His name comes from the colour of his fur that reminds us of Federico Barbarossa (Redbeard).
